Options:
-d or --directory : directory name for bootable image content -o or --output : output file name for ISO image -f or --force : force rewrite existing output file LFN -> SFN (LongFileName -> ShortFileName) supported by next rules:
- chars from local sets will replace by _;
- filename will reduced and number added at the end;
- file !Read.!Me doesnt consists LFN.
Folder for include to ISO image can contain subfolders.
